I like to call this my Young Women's Value quilt. I have used all the Young Women colors and have embroidered all the values in their color, along with other filler words. I backed this quilt in white
minkee and am very happy with the outcome!!
I made five of these yo-yo quilts and gave one to each of my daughters for Christmas. Where possible, I tried to match the rick rack in the binding to the accent color (in this case the wine red). They are also all backed in
minkee.
Corner Canyon Quilters gave each member this kit at the last meeting. I actually made it!! What a fun accent pillow for the month!
