Scrap Quilt by Denice

Pretty great quilt for making it out of scraps laying around the house!!

Off to Texas

I made this quilt a long time ago out of scraps from a quilt that I did. I decided to send it to my friend in Texas for her birthday.
This minkee blanket is also off to Texas for a new baby. This is super simple, but I think it makes a great gift.

Same Fabric, Two Fabulous Quilts

Anne Parker pieced these two great quilts as gifts for her sons for Christmas (I assume??). They each have a dinosaur appliqued on them and are backed in minkee. What a fun gift!!

Atkinson Design Pattern

Shelley hardly ever keeps what she makes, but has once again created a masterpiece!! Fabulous job!!

Wedding Quilts

Tis the season for Christmas and weddings!! This was made by Debbie for her daughter who served a mission in Taiwan and is now getting married. FYI--it really does lay flat, I was just too lazy to pick up the stuff off the floor before taking a picture.
Alese made this for her engaged daughter. She was sure glad she had started on it early!!

Baby Quilt by Nancy

Nancy has made baby quilts for each of her grandchildren. Now they are coming a little faster and she is working full time.

12-Year-Old

This is nothing short of a fabulous quilt for anyone let alone a 12-year-old. It was nearly perfect!!

Better Late Than Never

Even after Shelley sewed the whole darn quilt for me, I couldn't get it bound and on the wall before Halloween. I guess it is now early for next year:)

Beehive Class Young Women's Value Quilts

My ward Beehive class decided to sew together quilts. The good news is we got this great fabric for $9 each quilt:) We won't talk about the bad news--I'm way too tired:} I am hugely excited about them. They turned out super cute. The girls pieced them by themselves and I quilted them. The next time we meet, the girls will turn the backing fabric to the front, stitch it down and call it done!! Hooray for finishing projects!!

Finished Project

I bought this fabric almost two years ago and finally made three quilts just like this one. Okay, two of them still need the binding, but I'm at least making progress!!

Two Baby Quilts

These two baby quilts were made by two different quilters who, I'm convinced, would be great friends if they ever met. They are both very postive, uplifting people and quilt to perfection. Ann started this for her granddaughter before she was born. Two years later, she decided to make it a twin and finish it for her second birthday. That was a quilt worth waiting for!!
Robin's daughter isn't supposed to have her baby for a while, but the baby just doesn't want to wait. The "W" on the quilt is for the baby's name "Winter"
