Carol Skeen

I have to say, one of my favorite parts of quilting is all the fun people that I get to meet. Some are so different from myself, but we all share a passion for quilting and that is so fun for me. Some come and go quickly while others make a lasting impact. One such lady is my new friend Carol Skeen. Carol has a love for life and always tells me how much she loves her life. Carol bedazzles and embellishes everything she does. I always look forward to seeing how Carol will be dressed. She always has a daily theme and everything from her earrings to her socks and shoes fit the very same theme. Today, her jacket was covered in things she had counter cross stitched, then she embellished and bedazzled beyond that. What an amazing woman with an incredible love of life. She spares no personal inconvenience to brighten anothers day or to shower friends with gifts. It's always a bright spot in my day to see Carol!! View from the back
That purse is to die for!!

Here is Carol's latest quilt after quilting, but before the bedazzling has begun:)

Shelley Larsen

Baby quilt.
Christmas gift! I love it that so many people are so on the ball.....cause I am so NOT!!

Robin Prows

Robin got a great deal on all the fat quarters for the center of the quilt, but paying full price for the perfect border and backing made it not as great of a deal. Beautiful regardless though!!

Donna Bailey

Denise Hardman

Denise is making these amazing Christmas quilts for each of her children this year. Each one is different.

Michelle Smith

It's a good thing I painted my toe nails:) OOPS!!
Michelle made this cute fall table runner and a fun Aunt Gracie quilt that I guess I forgot to photograph.

Nanette Haney

Bluff Fort

My Uncles are rebuilding a fort in Southern Utah where many pioneers settled for a time. I made this quilt to go on the bed in the cabin dedicated to my Great Grandfather George Hobbs. I made this quilt out of 2000 pieces for the year 2000. I couldn't think of anything more pioneer looking.
