Quilts by Anne Parker

I love this fun frog material. The way she set it made such a great baby boy quilt!!
Anne's daughter stitched these five squares. Then, they set them using these Aunt Gracie prints. Not bad for an 11-year-old!!
Wow!! Looks like a ton of work, but what an awesome quilt!!!

Marriage Takes Three

My sister, Debbie Kerr, made this cross stitch poem for her friend who will soon be sealed in the temple.

Finishing Projects

A mother-in-law finished this quilt for her daughter-in-law as a wedding gift.

Twins!!

We are so excited for my sister-in-law to be having twins. They are expecting a boy and a girl at the end of November. Saturday is the baby shower, so I have been stressing trying to come up with a fabulous baby gift. I have been surprised how many opinions my husband has. This is what we finally came up with.... This is for their little boy and has red minkee on the back. It had to have some of the same fabrics as the girl quilt so they'd be a little matchy!! If he stares at this quilt much, he will have plenty of stimulation!!
This is the quilt I made first. I'm so happy with how it turned out although, I wish I had put minkee on the back of this one too.

Stash Quilt

Stephanie Kelley made this baby quilt with fabric from her stash for a new baby at her husband's law firm. I love the way it turned out (maybe that's because I picked out the fabric:) Hooray for using your stash!!

Cathy's Quilts

This is a picnic quilt made by Cathy Arends as a birthday gift for her son-in-law.

This Halloween table topper was also made by Cathy and is a gift for a friend.

Football Quilt

I think this is the football game/picnic quilt. Pretty cute for throwing on the ground!!

Twin Bed Quilts

OK, one is quilted and the other is a project for tomorrow--hopefully. The center is the presewn squares you can buy buy the yard. Beautiful!! This customer serged around the edge of the quilt and used them on the bed "as is" until she could afford to get the quilted!

Nancy Halverson Santas

This is a pattern I have quilted many times, but could never tire of. This is definitely a custom quilt job with all the thread changes and starts and stops, but this is definitely worth the effort!!

Fun Quilts

I'm no dog expert, but I think my customer called these Dotson dogs. She is a Dotson dog lover and designed this quilt in honor of her dog. Most of the dogs are quilted with a different texture. I love her squared off heart. What a fun twist!! I had a great time quilting this!
This baby quilt will have a scalloped edge top and bottom. This quilt also is quilted with a tiny tight pattern. Beautiful!!

Black-Eye Susan

This is a quilt you have seen on my web site several times, but I quilted this one a little differently and I really like it. I quilted various sized circles in each of the centers and feather in all the black setting triangles. I also love the way the wool batting gives the petal some loft.

Eagle Scout Quilt

This is a present for her son as he receives his Eagle Scout award. She bought the scouting fabrics on LDSfabrics.com (or something very similar to that)
This quilt was made by the same person and it is a jelly roll pattern. I love her fabric choices!!

Gift Idea!!

I love the contrast and fun fabrics in this quilt
This beautiful quilt top and backing were a Christmas gift from one friend to another. The recipient had it quilted and then the giver will put on the binding. What a great gift idea!! Each striped square is perfectly mitred.

Halloween is in the air. What a fun wall hanging this turned out to be!
This is another one that came to me this morning and is for a baby shower on Saturday. These fabrics are so precious!!!

Jelly Roll Hexagons

I think this is the new 15th ward quilt project. The pattern has you sew together strip sets of three colors and then cut out the triangles to make these fun hexagons. The most mature member of the group was the first to finish this time!! Way to go Lila!!
